Ft. Sumter

After the cruise we spent a couple of days in Charleston with Uncle Jon & Aunt Kristin.  While we were there, we went to Ft. Sumter.

While we were waiting for the ferry to take us to Ft. Sumter, Samuel & Uncle Jon enjoyed exploring this replica of a camp during the Vietnam War.09232011 (3)

Cruise Part 3 – Back at Sea

After we left Bermuda, we had 2 more days at sea before we got back to Charleston.  Samuel had fun playing on the slides and water squirters.09192011 (2)

We went to the magic show one afternoon, and he got to go on stage and help the magician.09192011 (16)

He made a hat out of a couple of sheets of tissue paper.  Samuel’s hat just turned in to shreds of paper, but the magician’s hat all stayed together.  Samuel couldn’t believe it!  He got to keep the magician’s hat as a souvenir for helping.09192011 (19)

Samuel liked all the workers at Kid’s Camp.  He had a lot of fun with them during the week.09202011 (1)

Cruise Part 2 – Bermuda

After 2 days at sea, we ported in Bermuda about 4pm.  We decided to get off the boat and explore a little bit and figure out what we wanted to do the next day on the island.
